Joe Samples Well Drilling was started by Joe and Velma Samples in White Pine, Tennessee in 1954. Now into the 4th generation, Joe Samples Well Drilling continues as a family-owned business. Historically, we've developed a reputation for honest business practices, trustworthy employees, and quality work for our customers.

Early on, Mr. Samples found that hard work, honesty, reliability, and integrity were of the utmost importance. On these principles, Mr. Samples grew Joe Samples Well Drilling into the most reliable name in water in East Tennessee. Serving 23 counties in Eastern Tennessee, a dedication to providing clean, safe, drinking water was and still is essential to the success of his business as well as preserving that most precious resource --water. "Anyone can dig a hole," says Mr. Samples, "but it takes much more than that to make a good well" and that is the philosophy on which we do business.
